excellent breakfast friendly team
the breakfast was excellent (i especially enjoyed the full english). the room had lovely toiletries. i found the location very convenient. the team was friendly and professional.

cozy room comfortable room strong smell small corner
the room was cozy and comfortable , it had everything i needed. the staff were SO polite and cute. they came across as if they couldn't do enough for you , which was fantastic to see.
there is NO front desk in this hotel , and the front desk is hidden in a small corner of the bar. there IS a strong smell of paint in the room.

The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff provided prompt service when I requested extra coffee. I found the bed to be especially comfortable after a long day of travel.

clean room spacious room perfect location noisy room faulty tv stressful parking
i enjoyed my stay. the room was spacious and very clean. everything i needed was there including toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. the location was perfect (i went to wimbledon).
the room was noisy, and i heard sounds from outside and other rooms. i found that the tv did not work. i also had problems with parking (i booked a slot early).

spacious room necessary amenities excellent breakfast stressful parking unreplenished coffee faulty shower
the room was spacious, not too small, and very clean. it had all the necessary amenities i needed. the breakfast was excellent with various choices available. the hotel's location was also quite convenient.
The parking arrangements were a bit stressful. I do not recommend it. the tea and coffee in my room were not replenished . the shower needed some attention. It wasn't working perfectly.
